Thumbs up The DMC totally useless never-ending thread

So this thread has absolutely no purpose whatsoever so post up whatever you want.

I'll start with my boring workweek this week; got to work on Signal Mountain in Tennessee yesterday. Beautiful area with even better views. Didn't know this area had a nuclear power plant (could see it off in the distance from atop the mountain).

Spent today sitting in front of the computer all day. So much excitement I could hardly contain myself.

I'll contribute to the thread. Work was dead today and now I'm sitting at the house with nothing to do.

So...work is exciting and ever changing here at city hall. Mayor Bell now makes my fourth Mayor since I started. He is firing everyone and bringing in "his own people". Can't wait for his skeletons to start coming out.

I got to work from home yesterday and today. I can't see well in the rain so my boss allows me to telework on these kind of days. I actually think I get more done at home. I goof off a bit at home, but i end up working longer hours since i'm not starring at the clock.

*wonders if what Drags saw really is a Nuke or just a coal burner with modern steam towers*

I tried HSV when I was up there for school, just wasn't a fan of the forum.

Well, I get to work on a Saturday......again.

Mike, that could've been steam towers. It was waaaaaay off in the distance but I wouldn't know the difference if they were in front of me anyway.

My sister-in-law had a Boston Terrier. Those dogs are a little too hyper for me. You couldn't sit down without him running and jumping all over you. That's why I have Basset Hounds.

I used to work from home but I couldn't get ANYTHING done. WAY too many distractions and other things that I'd rather do. I was on production pay at the time so it only hurt me.
